It is similar to the common cold to humans. There is nothing you can do but separate the fish and hope its immune system can fight off the infection in a few weeks. It is contagious to other fish.
 
is it just on the pectoral fins? any new fish in the tank? I have had some wild caught fish with parasitic lesions very similar to them that went away with time. not sure where yours would pick it up
