Mark at Anubias Designs has a couple of Rhinogobius on his current list and Frank's Aquarium usually has a good goby selection, but he has not been shipping the last few months. Good luck, I did gobies too.

I'm in San Antonio, and would be willing to sell my school of 5 x 4"+ archers for $125. Nobody's had them in the area for quite some time. I've only seen a marbled goby once in a store, but Jade Gobies still get close to a foot long, and might satisfy your goby craving. If you take a Saturday trip to San Antonio, you might be able to get just about all the fish on your list.
PM me if you're interested in the Archers.
Thanks!
