remember a while ago i was asking people if i should pick up a jag? well this afternoon the guy who has been trying to sell it for nearly a month (for FIVE dollars i might add) sent me an email and said i could have him if i wanted it. he wanted to get rid of him so he could buy mbunas... 
so being the freebie sucker that i am i went there after work with my trusty home depot 5 gallon bucket to pick up the fish.
i was in SHOCK
the fish was a friggin BEAST! 10+ inches and around 3.5" tall without the fins. he was meaty to say the least. i think he probably would have beat up my midas!
i was sooooooooo glad i made that 7 mile drive to pick this guy up. this really made a bad week turn out pretty darn good. i think i'll be keeping this guy for a while... i miss my old jags.
