I've seen tank bridges before, but this one is the most extreme that I have seen. I wonder how they do water changes without over flowing their tanks.

wo sweet, that is a good quetion, if you figure it out let me know

something tells me that they dont do water changes, just top ups. Or maybe you have to take water from one tank and add the same amount to the other at the same time...

That's pretty cool.

Odd part is it only connect 2 60g(?) tanks .

I think you would have to have migrating fish to put it to use :screwy:.

Cool none-the-less :headbang2:banher:.

it seems that the bridge goes into each tank about half way down. if that's the case you can safely remove water as long as the water level never gets below the entrance to the bridge. so if each tank is 60 gallons, and the bridge goes down half way in each tank you can remove ~30 gallons from each tank and do a ~50% WC without a problem.

Actually doing a WC on a setup like this one is easier than on two separate tanks since taking water out of one tank will automatically lower the level of the second tank and vise versa. The level of water stays constant between the two tanks.

all that for that tiny lil tank.... i bet it turns into a lot of work though
