I just started keeping peacocks and Frontosa. Last week I noticed that two of my female peacocks were holding. I built a DIY egg tumbler and stripped them last weekend. I stripped about 50 eggs/fry and placed them in the tumbler. It worked! Now the fry are becoming more active and the yolk sacs are almost gone...Now what?

when the yolk sacks all gone all yah gotta do is start feeding them, I usually feed my african fry finely crushed flake food.

Once they're ready to leave the tumbler, you can move them to a breeding net (They're ready to leave the tumbler once their yolk sacs are gone). I really like using my breeding net because I don't have to worry about my Aquaclear HOB filter sucking my babies, and still have tons of filtration in the tank. :headbang2

Here's a pic of what I'm talking about. Breeding net cost around $10 at Petco.
