NTT coming out

Finally like this guy! Only Dat I've ever owned. Got him in a trade a few years ago and he hid all the time. Now that he is getting bigger he's out non stop.

I've had the same experience with a NTT. Hid all the time until about 8", then pretty much ruled my tank. The larger they get, the more impressive they are. And for me, growing it out through that hiding stage made me appreciate it even more once it became more outgoing. You have it pellet trained?

I can't seem to pellet train him or my fire eel. I stuff massivore in his shrimp and tilapia.

In my opinion,NTT are the most stubborn and the hardest of the dats to get onto pellets....at least you have him eating seafood with pellets inside.
