Ntt eye damage

This morning i notice my ntt eye ball poped? The outside skin of the eyeball has been cut open , is there anything I can do ??? Donno what happen to him

If the eye is cut open then most likely it's going to lose the eye and then the fish as it grows will enclose that area where the eye was to just skin. But if it's a burn then salt, water changes, melafix and pimafix will heal it up.

Seem like a the eyeball is okay , but the skin is cut top down , it's getting worst , looks like a silver arowanas drop eye
