Has anyone solved it yet? I lost one two days ago now I am about to lose the other. The water parameters are all ideal and water changes are done very frequently. Thanks you for everything in advance.

if they're too full dont stress them much.. or after meal. and if it strikes make them calm turn off the lights.. and it will recover.
