I have a 8" red arowana and want to add in a NTT. What size should I go with? Dont they grow very slowly?

I personally think that all Dats grow slow, but Aros normally do well with Dats, so if u going to ad a NTT with ur Aro, get a one no less than 6", then u shouldn't have a problem on keeping them together
as long has there is hiding spots and depending on hight of the tank it shouldnt matter, I have a 1" NTT with my 9" Silver Aro in my 220...

My personal rule of thumb is the Tiger should be around 2/3 of the Aro size. Some Tigers are more aggressive than others and would attack fish even if they are bigger than them, but personally I think that NTTs are one of the less aggressive Tigers so you should be fine with a 3 to 5''.
