Nuchal Hump on BC?

Is this common? My male seems to have one. It is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures.

well the top one is about 5.5"
the last two pics are the same fish(first Cons offspring) and he is about 6+". He grew better and faster than his dad did but i think its because i raised him from egg to the beast he is now and the dad i got at about 1.25"

not all males get a hump and even less get BIG humps...i have seen plenty of males with little or no humps.

I have never seen a sexually mature male with out a hump...but I know nothing about CA cichlids
