So I have purchased two NuClear canister, can someone school me on which Iwaki pumps or other brand that will push the two canister properly. I will have about 900gal of water and it will have to go about 6ft back up in the tank.

Nu-clears are awesome filters. They use 1" fittings so use a pump with 1" fittings. Use the RLT pressure pump type with 1" fittings. Pick one that fits the amount of water you want move. 5 X turn over or 7 X turn over depending on your fish, feeding, temps, and so on

Its seem the largest they have is the RLT 100, is that large enough to push two canister and 900gal of water?

I would separate the canisters and run two completely separate systems with two pumps. That still won’t be enough. Set up a sump/overflow too. If your tank doesn’t have an overflow already get one from Glass-holes.com I have three of them running right now and I love them. The combination of a sump filter for the surface skimming and a canister filter for the lower areas of the tank works great. Then install a trickle system and start really enjoying fish keeping. :D

Yes I already have two 400 pro-clear aquatic wet/dry system for hook up when I get the tank for top skimming, even though I don't think wet/dry do a good job for mechnical filtration. So I'll use two RLT 75 for the canister.

I agree! Those Nu-Clears will really clean your water. Just set them up for mechanical filtration. I like adding the pressure gauge option. You can tell when your filter is getting clogged. After a few filter changes you will get an idea when to change the filter. They are also stackable, you can get an attachment to make them twice as tall so you put two filter cartridges inside to give you twice the filter capacity basically doubling your maintenance intervals. I haven’t used this option yet but my set up is on the side of my tank so I have room for the stackable option.

Yes I think that the stackable option is a great idea but becasue all my plumbing and components will be under the aquarium, and the stand in only 30in, I may not be able to, but once I get it up and running and all plumbed in I will then know what I am working with.
I just seen your two NuClears hooked to your tank, what sizes pumps are you running on each one?
