Just picked some up from a buddy. I forgot to ask while I was able to talk to him, but exactly how much lighting do nuclear green polyps like? Would my four 54w T5's do the job, or should I plan on using my metal halides for them?

I do have one more question. How long should the lights be on? Is it the same rule of thumb as normal with 8-12 hours? It's a question I'll ask my LFS when I go back in the next couple of days but figured I'd ask here too.
