i just think these guys a extremly cool and was wondering if they are hard to keep in general, and if they require their own tank of if you could put them in you main tank

Some species are impossible some that are easier are the sea slug " http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=726 It will eat hair algae, calupera, and nori. I know that the article says that they can squirt ink but, I've never had it happen. I also have no aggresive fish so.... keep that in mind . Some of them will also get rather large 1ft or so. They will do well in your reef tank if it's established in particular if it's wild and wooly ;). "make sure no copper based meds have ever been used in the set up!
Number 2 is http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?pCatId=724 It will only eat hair algae in my. It will not do with with any large preds ,"they will eat it!" both species need pretty stable tanks so keep that in mind as well.
Berghia is yet another species that can do well in a tank but , all it will eat are atapsia and related anems . When it runs out of that specific food they starve. You could grow atapsia very easy to feed them but, I shudder at the thought . http://www.saltyunderground.com/ just a little from the tops of the page.
Yet another http://www.seaslugforum.net/factsheet.cfm?base=chelvar eats only flat worms but, it sure is a pretty thing.
The problem with most of the nudi's and kin is that they will literally eat one thing or maybe a couple of very closely related things. When that food source is gone so is the nudi. Some of them also can transfer stinging cells and toxins from their food source into their bodies and keep them alive! They are supper neat critters but, be very sure of what you are getting and be very sure that you can feed it.
