seen them pretty big and i think they are omivorous
 
They need a lot of both, best to feed them smaller amounts frequently, but as COL mentioned probably won't grow much more than an inch if that than it's current size- Baryancistrine growth in aquaria is a good mystery.
Queens are another similar species of Baryancistrus, however GNs are very territorial, and are known to be unhappy to share a space with the another of the same species.
 
L-18 likes bloodworms, algae wafers, veggies, massivore, they'll eat anything.

Thanks, ill try that im gonna get some alge waffers in aswell for my other plecos

They need ample vegetable matter.
The tank gets 2 pieces of cumcomber a day and bloodworm at night so he should be ok at that.
