So I've been poking around in the stingrays lately and am wondering... What do the P-number things mean? Like P14 and P13? Is there an index out there somewhere that says what they are?

There's no index, but I hope this helps.

All rays have a p number, like all plecos have an L number. P14 is itaituba or galaxy, p13 is leopoldi, and p12 is henlei. Really the only one referred to with a p number are the p14's. The others have a decent enough common name that they don't have to be addressed with a p number to know what they are.

I did check the stickies. If its stated, I must have missed it. As for google, I can't very well search for something I don't know the name of, now can I?
