Nutrition of Prawn Head Vs Prawn Body.

Lately, I have been feeding 1 of my Arowanas mostly prawn heads.
for the prawn body I've been feeding them to my smaller aros.
just wondering if there's any harm in feeding him mostly prawn heads?
will it have enough nutrition?

As an Asian i'm surprised you don't know

But yeah, the head of the prawn is where most of the nutrients and fats are if i remember correctly... which is why the Chinese love sucking on them so much... all the flavor and juices are all in the head...

I don't eat the head much, as I've been told it has lots of cholesterol though its really yummy LOL
