Nutrition request

hi all .. first of all i feed all my fish ( most of them in fact ) live food ( worms )

and there is not a good flakes food here as the local food in so so so bad and the imported food ( flakes ) from companies such ( tropical - tetra - sera - ocean ... ) is not available all the time in fact there is only 2 importers that do import fish food .. so i figured out that why wait for them ... ??

i wanna make my own fish food so i ll need the ingredients of every element and of course there is a difference between carnivorous food and omnivorous food or the herbivorous

so if any one knows sites links .. or ingredients of home made food for fish that ll be so great ...

what is your fish and where exactly are you? some fishes do quite well with only live foods being fed to them because in some cases they are more nutritious.. BUT!!! they are also more at risk from diseases and poisoning...

oscar - convict cichlid - angel - bichir - clarius - pleco - tiger barb - tinfoil barb - pacu - koi - rainbow shark - upsidedown cat fish - cory catfish - pangassius

but i am asking about nutritaion as i wanna give my fish the best food can be ever for a good health , colores , breeding , get bigger ...

thanks lupin u r so gr eat .. those 2 links are great and the chart is greatest and i can see that the green frog is the best food for all fishes as it contains hight protiens and calcium ... thanks lupin ..

any one have any other things ?
