Just wondering how different types of food compare in terms of nutritional value they offer. For example, what is more nutritional, FD Krill or high quality pellet? Live feeder or frozen brineshrimp? IS there a table of some sort floating out there? If not, what does everybody think is the most nutricious and why?

A good quality pellet will always offer a better nutritional and vitamin content than any one or two foods.
According to tests there no discernable nutritional lose between frozen and freeze dried foods-Anne

Nice post Blondie. Whipped out that information and hit us in the forehead with it.

Nice Ann :headbang2

As long as you feed a variety of foods, you will be fine. I have 5 or 6 types of frozen, 4 types of pellets, 2 types of wafers, shrimp pellets, freeze dried stuff, and the occassion live shrimp, guppy, cricket, snail, or worm.

Wow awesome posts beblondie. I'll take some of this into consideration when feeding. Cheers.
Any info on veggies just by the by?

Can we get this thread pinneed? I have a feeling that quite a few members here will be looking it up for reference
