Oatley pvc glue and wait time?

I have to repair a leak in my overflow pipe to sump and will be putting in a new joint and will be using Oatey primer and glue. Only info I can find on cure time is 30 seconds. How long should I wait before passing water through the system?

I have glued and put to work just about as fast as whats left of my grey cells could send the signals to my hands..no ill effects to the gillies..

Great, thks for the feedback, didn't want to hurt my fish but wanted to get sump up and running as quickly as possible.
