I feed my plecos all kinds of things including fresh veggies and wafers but it seems they really enjoy the ocean nutrition cichlid vegi flakes. Any one else use those? I know nls is suposed to be the best but what about the ocean nutrition?

ocean nutrition is good food. Most all of the so called "vegetarian" fish are better of in captivity on a high quality seafood based food. If you look at the so called veggie wafers they have some sort of seafood or seafood meal as the first ingredient.
My fish would not touch this stuff only spit it out till it rots. NLS was accepted immediately so NLS is what I use. My neice's large L-25 (female) would not touch Ocean Nutrition either. Just my experiance with the stuff.
I wanna try the nls but cant get it locally and just havnt gotten around to purchasing it online. Where do you get yours?
My is available at mom and pop fish stores. I have a few in my area. Never saw it in the chain stores though.
