So my roomate just ordered a full 29 gallon biocube to expand his reef. When it came in the mail it was covered with small scratches all over the two sides, but the front was in fair condidtion.
My roomate was totally distraught called to plead with oceanic to replace the damaged product and to our good luck they shipped him a whole new setup and told him to keep the damaged one free of charge!!!
so now we each have a new biocube setup as he has no need for two!!
I gotta say oceanic sure knows how to make things right.
