ocell not growing

Hello all I'm having a tough time with my ocell growing? He only eats live and not enough to grow any ideas?

Yeah I know how to convert I have two that eat shrimp...this guy I got from snook months ago and he has terrible eating habits I meant does anyone know why I cant get him to eat more and grow

what size tank? if its in a grow out or something, that could be it

water params, w/c schedule etc..
if hes eating well and your doing good amounts of water changes its pretty hard to understand why hes not growing.. got any pics.. how long has it been since you last noticed a growth?

I don't know my params... My wcs is every other week and my other two still grow

Is there anything different about this one, like did it come from the same batch as the others or?

My little ocel isn't growing well because it's the runt/whipping boy and doesn't eat much.
