ocell with weird mouth

So one of my ocells has a weird mouth. His bottom lip looks unusal kind of like its swollen and if you look at it from the bottom its kind of pinkish redish. He has been acting normal but i just noticed it the past couple days. He is one of the runts of the pack and he is one of the first cichlas i got.

I tried taking pics but none of them came out good to where u could see it. Any help? Thanks in advance.

My bass has had that as well, hitting the glass to often, it will go away.......
