Ocellaris feeding ?

My new Ocellaris don't feed anywhere near as aggressively as my other Pbass. In fact I don't think I've seen the smaller 1 take more than 1 feeder. My other bass swim around with a mouth full of feeders, but these guys eat 1 at a time. Is this normal?

They are by themselves in a growout tank. Will have had them a week tomorrow.

IME...all fish eat different...my tems smash like they haven't eaten in years, my monos hit hard, and my lmb eats like a girl!!! everytime my wife watches me feed them, she says wow when the tems eat...oooh when the monos eat...and booo when the lmb eats...but when feeding lives lmb gets his first!

either hes not confident enough,or hes at the bottom of the dominance line.

they may only be eating one feeder at a time because their stomach have shrunk... you don't know how snookn fed them, once they feed more their stomach stretches out... or they are healing or getting used to good water quality and not a cramped tank. ... but most cichla owners over feed their cichla.

Cool I just wanted to know if anyone else's Ocell fed like mine. They eat just don't hit as hard as I had hoped.
