Ocellaris in a 130 gallon?

I apologize for not being on the up and up on cichla but could I keep a Ocellaris in a 130 gallon for life or for an extended period of time? Just curious because our local store sells Tank Raised Ocellaris for like $10 at 2".

The dimensions are about 60 x 20 x 30.
