im not too familiar with keeping octos, so what variety is this? i bet you try really hard keeping it out of mischief, i heard theyre pretty smart in finding escape routes
 
He was kept alone. these are pics of my last briareus octopus he was in a 30 gallon tank and was about 10 inches from tentical to tentical I had him for about 6 months (nasty filter problem). I'll get a few pics of my current octopus (much smaller).
 
thats so cool. octos are just amazing animals. do you give it any puzzle type stuff for it to work out (like getting food). cool pics!

So you don't have him anymore? Well, then I guess it would be pointless to give you crap about having him in a 30gal huh. LOL Anyways, what octo do you have now, and what's your set up? I noticed you had some LR and a few corals in the other tank, but obviously couldn't see the whole deal, so fill me in - How much LR are you holding, and what size tank is your new one going to be in (or already in)? And what supplements are you giving? Just curious. ;)
