odd behavior ?

i have a female motoro which is feeding on night crawlers shes in a 3' x 10' tank. the odd thing i havent seen before with rays is shes swimming upsidedown at the top and spitting water has anyone seen this is she ok i havent got her feeding on anything else been about 2 weeks since i got her in the tank

Most likely just looking for more food, but try get picture of the ray doing it and post.

If she is acting healthy & looks good, I would say you just have a funny ray...

Does it swim upsied down & squirt at the same time? or are they two seperate acts? I have many rays who squirt water out of the tank but never while swimming upside down..

I had female leo do this all the time would swim upside down with her belly aigainst top of my tank and make alot of noise and splash around. Was Always just looking for food.

i think youre right about looking for food she has actually takin food while swimming this way
