I know its not a monster but ive been helping someone take care of a tank at work, and a dwarf sunset gorami has come down with an illness. It looks like small bumps or pimples about 6 or 7 on each side.Definitely does not look like ick,and hasnt affected the other fish so far.fish doesnt appear to be in distress at all.
I tried 2tbsp salt/10g for a week with temp up.then did 2 back to back 90% waterchanges and put in the only med i could find jungle bacteria and fungus clear, two treatments 4 days apart with waterchange in between.Any Ideas?

Those fish are notorious for getting these "wart" like bumps on their bodies. It is something that just happens to them. I am not sure why. It does kill them. I have lost a few to this "disease"

GUPPY - he may know why.....

Since you describe them as pimples I will assume that they are just small egg shaped firm lumps, if so it is probably a fish virus called lymphocystis, I don't think there is a cure. Isolate the fish and try to get pictures. If it is lyphocystiis it is best to euthanise the fish as while it is not easily spread it can happen.

Thanks guppy, you description sound like it,Ill see if I can get pics ,I wont be there again till friday.Euthanizing will be tough as the fish belongs to a dev. disabled man who :swear: whenever a fish dies.
