Any reason why some days my fish tank i can smell it sitting in my room other days i cant, sounds like a dumb question but somedays it smells prty fishy, dunno what it is, couldi t be a chemical im putting in or what, doing 25% wc a week... any 1 know what it could be? my friend said it could be phosphates
from dizzolved waste and is not harmful, and only way to cure it is a wc... any other opinions / suggestions

This is for my 75g RBP tank

None of the chems should smell that intresting. Are you removing all uneaten food between water changes? And before anyone else asks about your paramaters go get a water test. Any store keeper with half a brain should be able to tell you about the details not "oh its ok nothings wrong".

Odd indeed 4-1" Piranha shouldn't generate enuff waste in 75 gal and 25% weekly water changes to create any type of stink - what chemicals are you using? Only time I've every had a fishy smell in my house with 13 fish tanks was when my Red Terrors where being treated for Tapeworm with prazziquentel. The regeament had me remove the media from the filtration for a few daze but 50% daily water changes limited the smell. When the treatment was over I used carbon to remove the meds and the stink was 100% gone forever.

dechlorinator, and i used clarity the other day, i woke up today tho and smell was gone so all must be good?

Fresh carbon will take the stink away. How deep is your sub?is it sand? Amquel water treatment stinks but goes away quickly.

25 lbs of substrate in my tank, beach sand, my tank is only 4 weeks old, after i fed my p's frozen dried blood worms it smelled again shortly after i noticed, not as bad as yesterday but still can smell whifs of it, im using 2 pura pads and 2 filter pads that came with my penguin 300

Bloodworms smell like thawed death!! I was thinking maybe gas building up in your sand but 4weeks definitely isn't long enough for that to happen.
