Went to a LFS and checked out some of the indos they had in stock. Picked this guy up because he was different. Check out the eyes. What do you think it is? Disease? Going to be blind? Don't think he's blind because he can see both of his eyes are like that, just that the right eye seems to be a little more white and pop out more. He's eating fine and looks healthy. My other 5 indo's have black eyes. The 100's of dats at the LFS all had black eyes too, this one was just different.

seems only his pupil is clear, and all around it is black.

Bottom pic is kind of a comparison. All my other dats have black eyes like the one to the left.

Thats not oddball. That is a disease. It is most likely cloudy eye. It may be blind. Also with the symptom of popeye that you mentioned, it could have the disease popeye

=/ Well i got it for a cheaper price. If it is diseased, what are some proper precautions/actions I should do?

And thanks for everyone's input.

If its on the outer lense of the eye its cloud eye or fungal infection. If the cloudy part is the ball inside the eyes its a bacterial infection and the fish will be blind. Hope this helps

ohh.. the white/clear part is in the inside of the eyes I believe. The "pupil" is white/clear and not the whole eye as there is a black outline around the pupil. So... if there's nothing I can do, should I removed him to another tank to be safe?
