You said you have 106 tanks right? Could you tell me how on earth you have time to do maintenance and water changes on them? It's just insane.

When I had 4 tanks, the largest being a 180, I found it time consuming enough doing weekly water changes and maintenance.

It's not easy. I basically take care of a bank of tanks daily (One aisle side, then the next, etc.)
When I first relocated here due to my regular job, 2 of my former hatchery employees were also going to relocate for a share in the crayfish hatchery. That fell through. Now, I'm doing the remodelling construction and maintenance myself. Needless to say, I'm a little behind schedule for my reopening. I still have most of the crayfish hatchery construction ahead of me along with the installation of the bulk of the 30,000gals worth of bins and raceways.
Oh, and I'm also aiming to do this all out-of-pocket with no business loans.

Damn dude! I am planning on adding 3 more tanks by the end of the year to make a total of 7. I planning on keeping up my bi-weekly water changes though i think with the 2 larger ones 150 and 180 i can do weekly changes as they wont be heavily stocked. I dont know how you do it.

That is just insane!!

no way.... unless I could afford to pay some trusted people to do the maintance for me..

4 tanks is time enough...
gonna add a 5th, but once 5th is cycled, will be selling 2 of the smaller ones...

The building is the total hatchery. The front end rooms are office space and a receiving/guest room (with 12 tanks going in the receiving room). The main body of the building is the crayfish hatchery (or will be eventually). It currently holds 10 of the 20 450 gallon grow-out bins. I still have to build racks for the 30 raceway tanks that will be going over the 450 gal bins. The back of the main part of the building has an office that will become my "Museum" room to display my collections of fossil fish and dinosaur bones. My fish rooms (collections) are the three rooms I opened up in the back (2 classrooms and a kitchen/dining area). I intend to post pics once the renovations are completed.
Here's a pic of my setup (from outside). The house on the left is where I live (#206). I also bought the church on the right (#204) which is now my hatchery (7500+ sq/ft). I needed a workshop so, the carport the truck is in no longer exists. It's been enclosed and a new pad has been added for an attached 2-car garage.
