After loosing the 1 I moved the bigger rays, next move might have to be the puffer. Moved over some smaller rays after the bigger ones left and the puffer's started getting frisky.
The rays..... Lil nips, much too small to be other rays, and less significant compared to what rays do to one another, but regardless it's a change and not a good one. Bigger rays are fine but the new lil guys both have disk chips.
Actually really easy to get food down to the rays.... The Odoe hate pellets, Lol, but feeding frozen, 1-2 talapia fillets before the rays see any food.
Same for me - you just have to fill the guys up before the rays get to see anything - i find large handfuls in and it's too much to grab in one go so some hits the floor.
Actually a lot easier to get food down to the rays in this tank then it is to get food down to the rays through the Dorado led pack of Masheers in the sister tank next to this one....
Definitely going to be a task getting rays fed when all these guys end up in the big tank. A community that's taken years to get to the point of being probably another year away yet before the real toothy fish will be big enough to join.
