1) Number of exodons.

15 is a little too small as they shoal in groups of 12 and never more than groups of 50. 30 gal is the minimum, and you feel free to ask away would you like more info?

It's best to keep them in large groups or they'll attack one another. So a 15g would be too small for a group of them.
