Off feeders at what size?

at what size do you guys and gals normally start introducing prepared food and taking your gars off feeders. please give sze and species

about 8", all species. you could experiment with smaller fish, but try not to let them go for more than a day without food. not even a day if it's smaller than 6"

mine r still all in feeders, and will stay on live forever(i feed a varity not just lfs feeders)

agreed.
i get them off live below 6" ONLY if they take dead food immediately.
