Official name for the plastic dividers??

i can't find it on the home depot or lowes wesbite... what's it called? the plastic dividers that people use to separate fish, commonly referred to as "egg crate"

Depends on the store really. I went to one hope depot, used Light Diffuser and Plastic Eggcrate and all they gave my was a thin sheet of solid plastic. Was not what I wanted, and they did not carry what you wanted. Went to a home depot 30 minutes from that one. They knew exactly what I was talking about and had a whole bunch of them. So if you don't find it in the Florescent lighting sections just try another store.

i went to Osh instead and just looked around in the lighting section. best $12.99 i have ever spent.

Awesome! I got two myself. One I used for a makeshift canopy while I make a hood over time and what was left over I used to help me when I need to catch a fish in my tank.

i saw them today at home depot, except they were about $24 for 4'X2'. i was going to buy it but i knew i've seen it cheaper elsewhere.
