No they are not jellybeans, as posted they are Calico Cons. Calico Cons are a cross between normal and pink cons.

Its not as simple as that, calicos have actually been line bred to look like that.Crossing a pink con and a striped cons will either give you all striped, all pink or a mix of both pink and striped.
