after 4 years of raising it he has finally passed... the reason is because my 125 sprung a leak and i'm repairing it now so now my 240 tank is way over crowed and the amonia spiked and he was the only casualty.... he was 4 inches too  now my 240 has:

8 frontosa's 5-13 inches each
1 indo dat 5inches
3 thin bar dats 3-5 inches each
6 clown loaches 3-9 inches each
2 Jack dempsy 3-6 inches (one's a short body looks so cool)
1 oscar about 9 inches
5 tin foil barbs 4-6 inches each
1 comp/calvus left :( about 4 inches
1 flagtail prochilodus 4-5 inch
1 lima shovel nose cat 12-13 inch
3 bala sharks 4-6 inches each
1 3 inch apple snail

total fish for the 240: 32 fish 1 snail

the water is so cloudy cause of the spike and i got prime for them so the amonia is some what under control

ph is still at 8

pics will come up later

no the 125 filter is not on the 240 cause you cant get 2 wet drys to work together unless you hook them together... but i did move some media from the 125's filter over to the 240's filter....

moving media was good. Many small water changes would be good... I would also think about putting something in the tank to break to line of site to relax the fish...

what do you mean by putting something in teh tank to break to line of site to relax the fish?? like decorations?? i tried deco long ago and aggression was high... i'm thinking of putting in a 12 in cave and hope one set will breed after i tank out the other guys... once the tank is back to normal and the 125 is repaired etc....
