Oh no, rash under shd's chin

I got these this past weekend (saturday the 31'st) One had a lil cut on his lip, it has turned into a full blown rash thing. It is now growing white fuzzy things. What should i do? Thanks

looks like something melafix might take care of......but do you have any clue as to why it might have gotten worse?

The white fuzzies are fungus, sometimes salt treatment helps but a fungicide is a better bet, minor injuries like scrapes are often infected by fungus.
