On wednesday, I moved my Oscar and a couple other fish from my 10gal quarantine tank into my 125g. The next day, I noticed a few white spots here and there on the oscar (mostly on the pec fins), so I moved it back to the 10g and have been bumping up the temp and adding salt. None of the other fish show any signs of ich except the oscar. The oscar seemed a lot more content in the 125 and was swimming around a lot more. It and the ornate were actually swimming around together, which I thought was weird, and I only saw them go face to face once and the oscar opened its mouth, but that was it. I didn't really see what I would call any aggression, but I'm sure that and it being moved were what caused the spots.
My question is about the 125g. Since its been a few days and none show any signs, do you think there is still a possibility that some will show up or if I add another fish do you think it would show up? I did bump the temp a little and added a little pimafix and a little salt, but I doubt its enough to really make much of a difference. Also, do I need to do something to the water after the oscar has gotten rid of the ich so that nothing I put in there in quarantine will get it? I know that all fish are exposed to ich but dont get it unless they are stressed, but is there a higher chance they could get it after a fish that was in there had it?
