almost week ago I mix 3 juvenile jags 3" with 2 juvenile GT into a 50 gals tank,
at first nothing happen for the first 3 days, I feed them well, but then I went away for the next days, and guess what happen?this morning I come back the and find out that all GTs are gone..:irked:, could the jags have slaughtered the GTs and ate them?

yep.

I would think that it was probably the Jags, at that size you would find that the GTs are all bark and no bite. The Jags have the equipment to back up their threats even at this size.

Sorry for your loss maybe it was never meant to be .

they made for a fine snack sir. the jags thank you.

forgot to mention, there are also 2 loaches and 2 plecos in the tank but those jags never bother them, weird,
do you feed your jags pellets?

any chance the GTs could get out of the tank? I don't doubt that the Jags could have killed them (or tried to) . . . but the GTs could have jumped out trying to get away (I've seen it happen)

of course, either way they are dead . . . but it's worth checking if you haven't already . . .
