Oh Oscars!

So my son tells me to come quick and I find my 9 inch Oscar with something in his mouth. Next to him...the head of our 7 inch pleco. They have been together for 6 months with no issues. Now, the pleco has issues.

Gotta love oscars, some will eat things almost the same size as them... Then you have mine who leaves a 1.5" HRP (and he's 9") alone and won't even go near them. Such a great fish

Man Oscars have a set of powerful back teeth for chomping. If they can eat crayfish in the wild they will eat that haha

makes me sacred to have mine with fish in the tank maxing out at 6 inches and a striped pecock eal.. is is a baby so i dont have to worry but in a few months...
