I found the HBH super soft spirulina pellets and my Africans (Malawi) Love them. I feed NLS cichlasomma every morning and the spirulina every night. I try to throw in some brine shrimp on occasion as well. Is this a good diet ?
I keep socolofi , electric blue , red zebra ,peacock cichlids and a few more.

Seems like a good diet for me. However, just don't overfeed brine shrimp to the africans so much since they are prone to bloat. Other than that, they are spoiled!!! :D

Great to hear thank you! Since using the NLS I have noticed some real color improvement especially on my electric blue my auratus and most of all my hybrid of sorts peacock has blue pigments now he never had before he has really come from fugly to absolutely beautiful.

I agree...Spirulina is great for fish!!! I like the HBH super soft pellets as well. I feed both the spirulina and krill ones.

Its cheap too and its pure spirulina ! Someone here reccomended it and I love it. They sink very fast but that is no biggie. My fish are fast almost none ever hits the bottom.
