i got the news from my dad

and MY AROW HASENT EATEN FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS!!!!

IM FREAKING OUT AND DONT KNOW WHAT I CAN DO!!!

i saw for myself, her girth is starting to shrink ( not as thick as she usually is)!!!

im not sure if food is the issue

and she still gets pissed off at my severum and tinfoils

im thinking i should remove them and stick them in my 40 gal for now

but the last time i did that with my severum she didnt eat AT ALL and got really thin and once i put her back in the 180 she went back to normal, and i think the same will happen to my tinfoil.

Change up the food. Fish can go for long periods of time without food. Fronts go up to 4 weeks without food when they carry their young.
 
I agree with tempting it with a different food, You don't use live foods right, to bad, I would suggest a few crickets then a few pellets. Otherwise how about a few thawed salad shrimp?

:iagree: my tsn didn't eat at first 2 week's then one nite I decided to try something it probubly never had steak small chunck off! the bone left over from that nite's dinner... the chunck hit bottom and bamm on it like no tomarrow , that started him right up , eat's anything droped by the fish know!! good luck with your's ... :thumbsup:
 
if its swimming around and active, i'll echo what the others said, just be patient, and make sure water param is good. try an occasional crickets, night crawler, but dont spoil it too much, you might struggle with non-live food. good luck
