Ok lost my Gold Saum Fry, how soon?

From past experiance, I notice it takes about a week to two weeks after the eggs die. If they were wigglers or free swimming and they died, then it may take longer for the parents to spawn.
I had a problem with my green severum not letting the male fertilize the eggs when they first started spawning. It usual takes a young pair about 3 attempts to get it right.

MIne had fry and a day or 2 after they were free swimming, they were all gone. About a week to 11 days later, mama layed eggs.
Thanks for the info, mine were free swimming but were readily devoured.....Hope they go at it again very soon....
Ok, my GT's are not breeding it's been at least 2 weeks since they lost their FRY, what is the deal? I did a couple large water changes to help induce, but no deal....
