is it prohibited in the state of utah to buy piranha for a home aquarium? if not, where is the easiest place to get ahold of a few of these guys.....

I dont know but somewhere on here is a list of states and illegal fish. Not to mention google would find your answer in 30 seconds. If they are legal check out aquascapeonline.com for what you want...they have ALOT!

Here in utah they are illegal, but we can have pacu's.

if they are illigal you can still do some research to see exactly what the law states. Check to see if denticulatus, wimples or exodons are legal or not.

Pacus may be legal but you dont want one since they will grow huge and need somethign liek a 500g or more min.
