OK to feed pileworms to fish?

those look like marine bloodworms. if so, they have some nasty looking teeth, so im not sure if i would feed them to my fish without cutting their heads off first.

however, ive never let myself get bit by one while using them for fishing over the years, so their teeth may very well look worse than they really are
