Okay to move ammonia burn fish over to main tank?

I posted about a situation that happened about ten days ago. Fish looks the same except that his normal deep red color has returned. I'm not sure if the burned scaled will return. It's been ten days.

These fish have been QTing since August. The only I have left to be do is a round of GrnerGe Cure just to make sure they are dewormed.

I'm looking at some Sales and I think I want to order.

I'm wondering if it would be okay or dumb to:

1) Deworm with general cure 10 says after ammonia burn.

2) Move fish to main tank 10 days after ammonia Burns . I'm not sure how much more.fish can heal.

Just an update. I couksbt resist some fish sales so this fish is moving over next week. I treated one round (48 hours after first dose) of general cure, just to finish my deworming process.

The fish looks the same. Again, I'm not sure if the scales will grow back but he looks fine. The other fish show no symptoms.

The fish should be used to bacteria etc from.main tank as I've used filter pads from the main in the QT tank.
