Old Amphilophus how much and how often you feed?

Depends on how much water you want to change I guess, I just wouldn't feed more than once per day, and relatively small feedings if feeding that often. Don't want him getting obese!

Every 3-4 days and 1 feeding should be enough. About 1/2 teaspoon, or 4-6 x 4-4.5mm pellets.

I would feed that much, every other day, and skip feeding on water change day. Of course a lot of "how much" depends on the activity level of the fish, which can be based on water temp, size of tank, tank mates etc.

I agree with the others, with less feeding, a tiny amount once per day and slip feeding every 3rd day, or one feeding every other day, are all fine feeding regimes.
In nature fish often don't eat every day, or even every 3 days, especially when old .
