Been working on some homework and needed a rest... so I took some pictures to share with you all:
I got three nile perches from Wes (Rare Fish) back in April. All are eating live blackworms and chopped earthworms.
Their large eyes are simply awesome. The gold rim of their eyes will turn from yellow to blue with varying lights.
I got this little ornate bichir from a fellow member back in May. It was very shy for weeks and does not move much from it's resting spot, which is always in the back of the tank. Now it will beg for food and rest in the front of the tank. Check out the patterns on the fins.
