Old lobster tank

I’m using an old marine land lobster tank, does anyone know how well these are made? Can’t help but worry it might spring a leak some day, it’s my first tank I picked up about two months ago. Afraid to remove the chiller because I don’t want to open a water line I can’t fully close when taking it out. As a result I have had to put my canister filters on the sides. Any ideas on how to make it look cleaner? The plumbing seems like a bit of an eye sore.

Any used tank has a possibilty of springing a leak but hopefully Marineland's product quality plays a part in that not happening.I can't see much from the photo but I would have went about removing the chiller and sealing up any openings before setting up the tank.
